Many diseases are associated with excess abdominal fat like cardiovascular diseases. Monitoring and controlling led to one of the many factors that can change status a person’s health. Awareness waist-to-height ratio (WHtR) be guide adjusting lifestyle maintaining normal WHtR value. This study developed assessment device automatically calculates value, displays health status, suggests ideal waist circumference. The is composed microcontroller interconnects other components device. A touchscreen liquid crystal display component was used as an input output unit at same time. several testing conducted revealed accurate value calculation. effective in assessing all age groups. circumference from compared manual computation found success rate hundred percent (100%).
